Current Opportunities
Director
Lead creative vision for AI Films and Hybrid Films. Direct generative visual productions, guide AI-generated performances, and shape cinematic narratives using both traditional and AI-native filmmaking techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Strong directing portfolio across narrative or commercial work
- Understanding of generative AI tools and workflows
- Ability to direct across live-action and AI-generated productions
- Cinematic vision and storytelling instinct
Cinematographer
Shape the visual language of our films through both physical camera work and AI-guided virtual cinematography. Create stunning visuals that bridge real-world production with generative environments.
What We're Looking For
- Professional cinematography experience with a strong reel
- Familiarity with virtual camera systems and 3D environments
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition and lens language
- Interest in AI-assisted visual techniques
Editor
Edit AI Films, Hybrid Films and commercials. Shape narrative pacing, build emotional arcs, and integrate AI-generated footage with live-action elements seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
- Strong editing portfolio across narrative, commercial or music
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- Understanding of visual storytelling and rhythm
- Comfort working with AI-generated source material
AI Artist
Create cinematic-quality visuals using generative AI tools. Develop characters, environments, textures and animations through prompt engineering, model fine-tuning and creative direction of AI outputs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio of AI-generated visual work at cinematic quality
- Expertise in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, ComfyUI or similar
- Understanding of cinematic composition and art direction
- Experimental mindset with emerging generative tools
VFX Artist
Composite AI-generated elements with live-action footage, create environment extensions, digital matte paintings and visual effects that bridge real and generated worlds.
What We're Looking For
- Professional VFX compositing experience
- Proficiency in Nuke, After Effects or Fusion
- Experience integrating CG/AI elements with live-action plates
- Strong eye for photorealism and seamless integration
3D Artist
Build 3D environments, characters and assets for integration with AI-generated and live-action productions. Work across virtual production and traditional 3D pipelines.
What We're Looking For
- Strong 3D portfolio in Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D or Houdini
- Experience with environment creation and character modeling
- Understanding of real-time rendering and virtual production
- Interest in AI-augmented 3D workflows
Creative Technologist
Bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. Develop custom AI pipelines, automate production workflows and build the technical infrastructure for next-generation filmmaking.
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and generative models
- Creative problem-solving and production awareness
- Passion for cinema and visual storytelling
Producer
Manage production timelines, budgets and client relationships across AI Films, Hybrid Films and commercial projects. Coordinate creative and technical teams through novel production workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Production experience in film, commercial or content creation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage non-traditional production pipelines
- Understanding of both creative and technical workflows
